Unlike traditional ablative laser resurfacing, which burns the outer layer of skin, this new generation laser skin treatment does minimal damage to the outer skin layer and thus minimises redness and downtime. The ablative element of the laser happens at a deep-skin layer and uses heat to stimulate collagen production. This triggers the body’s natural healing process to stimulate growth of new healthy skin tissue.

We recommend under taking between 3-5 treatments. Your practitioner will discuss number of treatments required for the best results during your consultation.

This treatment isn’t painful but heat can be felt throughout the procedure. The treatment should take no longer than 30 minutes.

There may be some redness after the treatment, however, this will diminish within a short period of time and make-up can be applied afterwards if desired.

You may see noticeable results after your first treatment, generally a significant reduction can be found after our recommended 3 treatments.
